A reserve player who diversifies between refereeing and secretarial duties and is the real backbone to Tipton Town Ladies. In season 2008-9 was awarded the prize for the worst player and taking this on board spent the following season working to raise her game. This paid off when she picked up Most Improved. Susan now makes the starting eleven which is amazing achievement in a short space of time.
